This invitation-only Nutfield tricentennial celebration of senior volunteers who make the area a better place for all of us features a wonderful luncheon and special awards ceremony.
The organizing committee — Sheila Bodenrader, TJ Cullinane, Margie Ives, Roger Konstant, and Denise Neale — is pleased to bring together nearly fifty honorees and their families for this afternoon event.
The event begins at 2:00pm with a welcome by host and local historian TJ Cullinane, followed by a luncheon catered by the Pinkerton Academy Culinary Arts team. The Awards Ceremony begins at 2:45, and a brief video presentation on Derry’s Scots-Irish Nutfield heritage follows. A performance by the Pinkerton Players Chorus concludes the afternoon.
Many thanks to the sponsors who help make the Living Treasures Recognition Ceremony possible — the Derry Heritage Commission, First Parish Church, and the Town of Derry — and these supporters: Boy Scouts Troop 405, Karen Blanford-Anderson, Beverly Ferrante, Jay Girard (Toxictavrn Graphic Design), Michelle Guerrin, Mike Gibbons (mugs), Paul Lindemann, Pinkerton Academy, and Jamie Robinson.
